 Perfect and quiet location.I wish the appartment had been more clean, thinking of the price 150USD for final cleaning.We had to do some cleaning ourselves.Nice appartment but expensive. The final cleaning fee of 150 USD is way too much.Pretty hard to get in touch with the owner. Michael Poulsen (10-10-2011) For the purpose of our visit the location was great. Pharmacy, supermarket and restaurants all close by. A great rowing club right below the apartment. With Kayaks and surf boards available for rent.Facilities are all ok. The flat itself a little clinical and lacked character. It also lacked providing useful information on the bus service, taxi numbers, restaurant numbers and general information that one needs as a visitor.The flat itself was clean-ish, but could do with attention to missing light bulbs, an ironing board cover, decent towels, hanging space for towels. The kitchen lacked the very basics of small kitchen equipment but it had a good fridge, cooker, microwave and dishwsher. Good swimming pool.I would definately consideder returning another time. Within 30 days: if a client cancels within 30 days of their arrival, the full amount is due
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
