What we do:
1. We contact the owner to check availability for you
2. We reply to you with availability and alternatives - Cancellation Policy
Outside of 14 days: A 20% cancellation fee of the total will be applied to all reservations. Cancellations are accepted up to 14 days before check-in
Within 14 days: if a client cancels within 14 of their arrival, you will be liable for 70% of the total rental
Within 7 days: if a client cancels within 7 days their arrival, you will be liable for the whole booking amount
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
