This large 5 bedroom vacation apartment (3000 SQF) is located on the 21st floor offering incredible views of the ocean. The unit has been tastefully decorated with minimalist look and has wood floors throughout. The modern European style kitchen is absolutely elegant. The living room has been comfortably furnished; it includes a dinning table, a very comfortable sofa and is equipped with a flat screen TV. Both bedrooms are very spacious and have been set with flat screen TV’s.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The master bathroom features top of the line fixtures and is equipped with a shower and a large tub. The guest bedroom bathroom is adjacent to the guest bedroom and is equipped with a shower. . Free concierge service included to assist you:*book transportation *restaurant and night clubs reservation * Boat rentals * baby sitters *massage * cleaning service and more. No motorcycle groups are allowed in the properties that we rent. We are sorry this vacation apartment, is not a party property - parties are not allowed (strictly enforced). Cancellation Policy

More than 61 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 61 days prior warning, 20% of the booking deposit is retained.

Within 31 and 60 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 31 and 60 days of the rental period, 50% of the booking deposit is retained.
Within 15 and 30 days: Should you need to cancel between 15 and 30 days of your arrival, 100% of your booking deposit is retained.
Within 14 days: All cancellations that occur within 14 days of arrival, 100% of the rental payment will be retained.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
