The vacation rental property is from 1937 and it has been renovated 5 years ago. This 2 story building is surrounded by a peaceful tropical garden. High speed internet is provided in the premises and for your security this vacation rental property has fences, an intercom system securing the entrance and a video surveillance camera system. This comfortable 650 sqft one bedroom South Beach vacation rental apartment has been totally redecorated and is located in the second floor of the Northwest of the building. This South beach vacation apartment provides central a/c and is full of light. It has a very charming living room with comfortable furniture and an old chimney (non working). Next to the renovated kitchen you will find the dining area. The bathroom has a bathtub and white tiles. The floor is a wood in the entire unit.

The bedroom, quite large for your comfort comes with a queen size bed. The Unit is perfect for accommodating 4 people as it offers you a sofa bed in the living room. This vacation apartment is fully furnished & completely equipped with linens and towels for your convenience. Free concierge service included to assist you:*book transportation *restaurant and night clubs reservation * Boat rentals * baby sitters *massage * cleaning service and more. No motorcycle groups are allowed in the properties that we rent. We are sorry this vacation apartment, is not a party property - parties are not allowed (strictly enforced). Cancellation Policy

More than 61 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 61 days prior warning, 20% of the booking deposit is retained.

Within 31 and 60 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 31 and 60 days of the rental period, 50% of the booking deposit is retained.
Within 15 and 30 days: Should you need to cancel between 15 and 30 days of your arrival, 100% of your booking deposit is retained.
Within 14 days: All cancellations that occur within 14 days of arrival, 100% of the rental payment will be retained.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
