The South Beach vacation rental building mixes regular hotel rooms and condo-hotel rooms. Rooms of both categories are of the same level and same sizes, some of our condo hotel rooms are of better quality than hotel rooms. There is a substantial difference in the hotel room’s price comparing the vacation rentals. This South Beach studio has 280 sqft. The unit has been renovated in 2007. The living area is covered with elegant white marble. The room offers a queen size bed and a futon that can be converted in a bed. The bathroom was redone in white color. The unit has a very convenient kitchenette. This South Beach studio accommodates up to 4 people. Free concierge service included to assist you:*book transportation *restaurant and night clubs reservation * Boat rentals * baby sitters *massage * cleaning service and more. No motorcycle groups are allowed in the properties that we rent. We are sorry this vacation apartment, is not a party property - parties are not allowed (strictly enforced). More than 61 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 61 days prior warning, 20% of the booking deposit is retained.
Within 31 and 60 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 31 and 60 days of the rental period, 50% of the booking deposit is retained.
Within 15 and 30 days: Should you need to cancel between 15 and 30 days of your arrival, 100% of your booking deposit is retained.
Within 14 days: All cancellations that occur within 14 days of arrival, 100% of the rental payment will be retained.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
