This Miami accommodation offers two 4 bedrooms apartments adjacent to a swimming pool. In this 4 bedroom apartment in Miami you will find 3 queen size beds, one twin bedroom and 2 sofa beds. This accommodation can easily sleep 10 guests. The large kitchen has been renovated with stainless steel appliances and beautiful wooden cabinets. This apartment rental has two large Marble bathrooms and modern fixtures. In the back yard you will find a lovely garden with a private pool where you can sunbath, relax, read or have a nice quite lunch. *Rent bikes for just $10/day (1/3 of the regular price!) upon request and availability *Rent a cell $50/week; domestic and international calls included

More than 61 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 61 days prior warning, 20% of the booking deposit is retained.
Within 31 and 60 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 31 and 60 days of the rental period, 50% of the booking deposit is retained.
Within 15 and 30 days: Should you need to cancel between 15 and 30 days of your arrival, 100% of your booking deposit is retained.
Within 14 days: All cancellations that occur within 14 days of arrival, 100% of the rental payment will be retained.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
