Totally renovated beachfront condo. (non-smoking) studio located directly on the beach. One queen-size bed and a pull-out sleeper sofa. It has a kitchenette that includes stovetop, microwave and refrigerator.

There is a great pool area. (heated pool) Pool patio has a tiki bar and a restaurant. The lobby includes a restaurant, night club lounge, beauty salon, and stores. This unit is a corner unit with SW View.

On site, there is a tiki bar, restaurant by the pool, internet cafe, beauty and massage parlor, shops, and jet ski rentals. There is no need for a car. Shops, stores, restaurants, and night clubs are in walking distance. Located across the street is a grocery store. By car, it is 15 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale Airport, dog and horse tracks,golfing, water taxis, the Galleria Mall, and gambling cruises.
