This Miami apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and covers 950 sq.ft. You can enjoy of the beautiful terrace and the Miami weather, inside the apartment has central AC for your convenience and comfort. This Miami apartment is full of light and is totally equipped and furnished with microwave, TV, coffee machine, stereo system, towels, sheets, etc. The beautiful living room comes with comfortable furniture and an old and very charming chimney (non working), and comfortable furniture, there is a separated dinning room next to the Kitchen which is totally equipped. The bedrooms are nice and spacious for the comfort of the guest with a queen size bed in the master bedroom and two twins size beds in the second bedroom. The apartment has alarm system for your safety. The whole building is provided by wireless internet service, coin-working washer and dryer also available. A property manager is on call in order solve any issues you might have while staying with us. *Rent a cell $50/week; domestic and international calls included *Rent bikes for just $10/day (1/3 of the regular price!) upon request and availability

What we do:

More than 61 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 61 days prior warning, 20% of the booking deposit is retained.
Within 31 and 60 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 31 and 60 days of the rental period, 50% of the booking deposit is retained.
Within 15 and 30 days: Should you need to cancel between 15 and 30 days of your arrival, 100% of your booking deposit is retained.
Within 14 days: All cancellations that occur within 14 days of arrival, 100% of the rental payment will be retained.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
