The local area is bustling residential enclave with everything in easy walking distance ie from a fresh fruit and produce market to hawker stalls, restaurants, cafes, banks a shopping centre and sundry shops such as 7 eleven there is even the local night club. Public transport is excellent with the local train station a 12 minute walk away through the park, buses are at the door which can take you to china town  ie ( petaling street ) central market and other city destinations, taxis are cheap and plentiful plus we are within 10 km of most of K.L's tourist attractions.

We can also assist with tours etc and have helped many of our guests with their shopping needs as we know the best places to shop for clothes, electrical goods, copy goods etc etc

Notes on Apartment Prices

1. Our rates are on a sliding scale thus giving you discounts based on length of stay. ie For up to six guests 2 nights RM 470.00 per night, 3-6 nights RM 450.00per night, 7-14 nights RM 425.00 per night and 15 -20 nights RM 415.00 per night. For above six guests please add RM 30.00 per night per person to the applicable rate.
