Vacation Rental Description

Located in the counrtyside close to Pollensa and Sa Pobla and within easy reach of  the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia.   The perfect base for an enjoyable holiday.

This detached Villa which is on a large sunny plot, with views to the hills behind Crestaix was designed by the owners and built by a local building company to high specifications with lots of Mallorcian architectural features such as solid stone front and side walls, local stone window surrounds, large section timber open to porch roof, stone archways etc.

The house is fully furnished with all the comforts of a home from home

COMPRISES OF:- 3 Double bedrooms all en-suite. One with bath/shower,  two with walk in showers. All with built in wardrobes & dressing table. Two are situated on the ground floor. Large 1st floor terrace off bedroom 3 overlooking pool.
Large kitchen with island built in hob. American fridge freezer with filtered drinking and ice maker.
Spacious lounge with English TV DVD VIDEO. Built in chimney with log burner. Two large patio doors one leading to pool the other onto
covered porch with table and chairs for 6 people. Gas BBQ, fan, and electric heater for colder evenings.
Air conditioning to all bedrooms, lounge and kitchen.
Full gas central heating to all rooms.
Electric entrance gate onto large drive with timer lights built into wall.

The Pool  is 9x4 with childrens shallow pool 9x1.2.   The pool has a heating system for use in Autumn/Winter. (an additional charge is required for
the use of this.)
Large Gardens with shrubs fruit trees and a large grassed area to side of house ideal for ball games etc.

About Majorca Pollensa

Although a car is essential for those who like walking there are some wonderful walks and areas to explore.   The villa is located half-way between Pollensa village and Sa Pobla Village, both very interesting in their own right. Whilst Sa Pobla is still largely a typical Majorcian village and farming area, Pollensa in contract is more cosmopolitan.   Though retaining the original village atmosphere, there are some excellent restaurants and cafes frequented by locals, ex pats and tourists alike.  Market day is Sunday and a real treat.  Well worth a visit.  

Easter in Pollensa is something really special.   The famous Calvario (365 steps up to the Church) really come alive as the locals re-enact the Crucifiction.  This is something that should definitely not be missed.

For Golf lovers there is an excellent 9 hole course just 2 kms from the Villa on the way to Pollensa village.  There is also a superb 18 hole course in Aucanada/Alcudia.

The beach of Puerto Pollensa is approx 10 mins drive away and Alcudia beaches the same.

    A 25% deposit required on confirmation of booking

  2. Balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to departure
  3. If less than 6 weeks payment is required IN FULL with booking
  4. A Breakages Deposit of £200.00 is required and held until end of stay. 
  5. Any breakages/damages will be deducted from this deposit.

  7. A key deposit of £50.00 is also required and will be refunded on return of the keys
  8. Special Prices for Winter Lets/Long Lets

  10. Throughtout the winter a surcharge will be required for heating of pool if required
  11. Christmas Prices subject to length of stay (minumum 7 nights)
