Vacation Rental Description
Situated very close to the sandy beach, only 80 metres away, and overlooking the gardens of the Pollensa Park Hotel. This completely renovated two bedroom apartment can be found on the 1st floor above a souvenir shop in a small parade of businesses. Everything inside is brand new as the apartment has been totally gutted and rebuilt. It has its own private roof terrace, accessed by an interior spiral staircase, complete with loungers and sunbeds etc. and BBQ area. Stunning views of the bay and mountains.
Comprises of two double bedrooms (one ensuite shower room) and one separate full bathroom.
The kitchen is American style fully fitted with all essentials. The large lounge/diner has seating for 6 persona and there is a sofa bed which sleeps two persons.
Total sleeping capacity for 6 persons. The furnished terrace looks out onto the lovely gardens of the hotel across the road which is open to non-residents to use the facilities.

Puerto Pollensa is arguably the nicest part of this island of Majorca. Situated in the north very close to Formentor. The apartment itsefl is within easy reach of all ammenities and only a 5 minute walk to the main restaurants,shops,cafes etc. and the marina.
