This is a quiet residential block of only 6 apartments with views from the large terrace overlooking the pine forest. Just around the corner is the Villa Concah Aparthotel which is open to non-residents in the summer season. Here you have all the facilities of a holiday complex at your disposal if required. The apartment itself has 3 double bedrooms, a large lounge/dining room and very large terrace which wraps around the apartment. Ideal for 'alfresc' dining, sunbathing or relaxing with a glass of wine.

The clean, sandy beach is just 5 mins stroll away as are the many restaurants & shops & the marina. There is a local Market in the town square each Wednesday. The famous Pine Walk is just a 10 minute stroll away along the lovely seafront.
