This immaculate one bedroomed apartment is on the second floor and is fully air-conditioned (hot & cold).  Located in the quiet residential area of El Pinaret (the Pine Forest) and just a few minutes from the beach and center of Puerto Pollensa.   Comprises one double bedroom, bathroom with separate WC, lounge/diner with sofa-bed, satellite TV; a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and a sun terrace that overlooks the gardens.  A pleasant, quiet location with easy parking.  Sleeps 3/4 persons.

We also have  3 BEDROOM APARTMENT for rent in the same block which can be rented separately or in tandem with this one  for larger parties. (subject to availability) Sleeps 5/6  Request information

The clean, sandy beach is just 5 mins stroll away as are the many restaurants & shops & the marina. There is a local Market in the town square each Wednesday. The famous Pine Walk is just a 10 minute stroll away along the lovely seafront.
