The Cala Vinyas Apartment sleeps 4-6 people
(4 in the two double bedrooms and 2 in the two folding couches in the living room). 

 BALCONY AND STUNNING VIEWS  
The APT has a huge balcony. Furnished with a large table for  6 and 2 stylish deck chairs, guaranteed that you will spend most of your vacation here while having a safe eye on your children water games. You will love the mild wind blowing on your face while listening to the sound of the calm and continuous waves breaking on the beach.
 
LIVING AND DINING ROOM
 The APT has a huge living and dining room. The dining room is equipped with a large table for six. The living room has comfortable and luxurious leather sofas and TV for your entertainment. It has direct access to the balcony and impressive sea views. Because of its large wall to wall window, the sea is always visible, no matter where you are!

MASTER BEDROOM with Private Bathroom

The Master Bedroom has direct views over the sea and direct access to the confort area of the balcony. Its private bathroom, fully equipped, will provide you with the utmost intimacy.

The bedroom has also ample closed space to organize your travel materials and believe you have been in Majorca forever!

BEDROOM #2
The Bedroom #2 has hardwood floors and is equipped with two beds. An antique writing table will allow you to have the isolated space needed to solve any important issue you may have. Same as the Master Bedroom, the bedroom #2 has also ample
closet space. No need to have anything lying around! 

KITCHEN & BATHROOM
The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and all the silverware, plates, pots and pans you require to satisfy your culinary needs. The APT has a full equipped bathroom for all the family in addition to the private bathroom in the master bedroom. It is ideal for for a “get-ready” for all the family in less than 30min! Towels and bedlinen are supplied.
           

 

About Majorca Other

The apartment is located in Cala Vinyas, one of the most unique creeks of the Bay of Palma. Discretely hidden in the woods, the Apartment is located in the Regal Resort, an up-scaled resort with large private gardens, private swimming pool and direct access to the beach. Ideal for a family vacation with total freedom for the children to enjoy the swimming pool, gardens and beach while you can relax at the comfortably furnished and highly sophisticated apartment.

PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL AND GARDENS

The APT  is located in a private resort in the Regal Building. Its large gardens are exceptionally well preserved by a professional gardener. The large swimming pool will serve as a central point to your children entertainment. The swimming pool is attended at all times by a certified lifeguard because for us, in vacation matters, safety comes first. Well equipped with showers, the swimming pool has different depths for all the family to enjoy.
Furthermore, there are restaurants and supermarkets at walking distance.

CALA VINYAS BEACH AND ITS PRIVATE ACCESS
The Apartment is located in the water front . With its direct access to the beach, the elevator will live you from a 20 seconds walk from  the beach. Quiet and relaxing, Cala Vinyas beach is highly exclusive. You can enjoy of the sea surrounded by welcoming family tourists, lying on a deck chair underneath the shadow of a palm tree.
