FEATURES OF THE APARTMENT: There is ONE Double size bedroom with twin-beds, cabinets & ample wardrobe space. Also room for a cot (supplied free on request). The Lounge comprises of a Double size sofa bed which converts easily & is extremely comfortable. There is a matching lounge chair, cabinets etc. Also Air Conditioning/Heating, TV with DVD/VIDEO Player. The small covered terrace overlooks the beautiful gardens & the adjoining communal swimming & paddling pools.

There is a table & chairs ideal for relaxing or enjoying a quiet meal or a glass of wine. The Kitchen is adequately equipped with full size cooker with oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle etc. There is also a washing machine. The Bathroom has a full sized bath, shower, bidet, washbasin & toilet. Situated on the 2nd of 2 floors. Sorry no lift. LOCATION: El Pinaret - the 'Pine Wood' - is a pleasant, green estate just a short stroll from the centre of Puerto Pollensa and just 5 mins from the sandy beach with its gentle waters ideal for families travelling with children. About Majorca Pollensa

It is only a short stroll to the main harbour & town center. In the main square there is a church and on Wednesdays a local market is held there. The famous Pine Walk is only a 10 mins stroll away as is the marina with all the beautiful boats. You have a good choice of restaurants, shops and bars immediately to hand and the centre of the resort is just 500 metres away. There is a 24 hour doctor and a pharmacy about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. OPPOSITE the apartment block is the VILLA CONCHA APARTHOTEL which is open to non-residents  to use the small shop, bar, restaurant  facilities.
