Our new 1 bedroom ground floor Majorca apartment has its own terrace and direct access to the communal pool and garden.

Bedroom: King size bed, large fitted wardrobes.
Bathroom: Ensuite bathroom with double sinks, wc and walk in shower. Large mirrors.
Kitchen: Hob, oven, extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle.
Utility Room: Washing machine.
Living Room: Lounge with sofabed. Dining table; TV. Large patio doors open on to terrace.
Other: Tiled floors.
Terrace: with loungers and BBQ.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen included except beach towels.

The apartment is located in a quiet area on the south coast of Mallorca, close to the pretty Cala Pi cove and 20 minutes from the famous Es Trenc beach.

Notes on accommodation
The residential building is constructed in 3 blocks of only 48 apartments. Very secure - Electronic gates to access the parking area. Own parking space at rear close to apartment. Lovely area for cycling and walking or just relaxing. Natural and protected area. 15 min to Golf Son Antem.
