This fantastic discounted apartment in Madrid Puerta del Sol is located in the heart of the city close to The Prado Museum and other tourst attractions and transportation. The apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to six people – perfect for travelers who wish to be in the bustling city centre. This accommodation Prado Residence has two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. Both bathrooms have showers. The living area has a double sofa bed and there is a separate area with a dining room table with seating for four guests. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and a washing machine.

 This apartment is located in a nice neighborhood. Check in is at a separate office which adds a layer of inconvenience. The apartment is within walking distance to the Prado, Plaza Major, Plaza del Sol, and many other sites. The neighborhood is filled with restaurants and never really sleeps. We were on the ground floor and Friday/Saturday nights can be noisy. The bedrooms are small and the bathrooms are even smaller. The decor is typical IKEA but clean. A combination washer/dryer is very handy. (02-08-2011) |

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 14 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 14 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the full rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
