This is a great 2 bedroom Los Angeles villa, located just a few blocks from the trendy Melrose Ave shopping and so many other great attractions. Also just a short distance from the Kodak Theater, home to the Academy Awards and the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Approx. 1250 square feet, this Los Angeles accommodation has a living room and separate dining room, fully equipped kitchen and two nice sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and there is a queen size bed in the second bedroom. We can provide an air mattress for an additional guest.

There is a small patio in the front of the house and also a beautiful 400 square foot private back garden/patio with patio furniture

There is a one car garage and there's also street parking with a permit.

The HD Flatscreen TV in the living room is hooked up to the stereo system. There is cable TV that also includes Showtime.

There is a land line phone that includes unlimited calls within the USA.

Cancellation Policy

- Down payment: the down payment is non-refundable
- Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 10 weeks of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the total rental price.
- If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
- If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
- Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
