Lovely 3 story 3,500 sq ft vacation villa in Los Angeles located in Hollywood Hills East, close to Lake Hollywood with spectacular views. This beautifully Mediterranean vacation Villa consists of 3bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and 5 balconies with spectacular views from practically every window. There's a king in the master bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twins in the 3rd. Additional to the 3 bedrooms is an office. Each bathroom is filled with linens and towels. There are 3 fireplaces, one in the living room along with a covered balcony, one in the master bedroom, and one in the den. The kitchen is furnished everything you need including a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a breakfast table that overlooks the city. The whole house has hardwood, carpet and marble floors, water filtration and air purification system, central air and heat, and steam shower(pool level). There is plenty of free parking, wireless internet, toiletries and more. A travel cot for a child could be provided for a 7th person. There is a lap pool and lounge area on a lower deck. Weekly gardener and pool/spa service is included at NO additional charge.

Within 60 days: if a client cancels within 60 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 100% of the total rental
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
