In addition to the incredible views of the lake and surrounding hills, the home and grounds offer a feeling of tranquility and elegance. The pool and Jacuzzi are located next to the fire pit and outdoor lounging and dining areas. Inside the home, the spacious master suite with its 5 star spa like bathroom has a king size bed and desk to work and relax privately. The other guest bedrooms have Queen size beds and huge en-suite bathrooms. The main floor of the home is perfect for entertaining with an open floor-plan incorporating the gourmet kitchen, dining and lounging areas which lead out to one of the 3 balconies. A 50" television is mounted above the fireplace in the living room as it is in the master bedroom and spacious media room downstairs. A top of the line sound system throughout the entire home allows you to have your music everywhere. There is spacious 4 car plus parking in the driveway. Daily maid service is available for additional charge.

Down payment: the down payment is non-refundable
Within 60 days: if a client cancels within 60 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 100% of the total rental
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
