Furnished 3 bedroom West Hollywood apartment, 1.75 bathroom lower unit has been impeccably remodeled by internationally known interior designer. The quality of materials, design, fit & finish, and the furnishings, is second to none. Furnishings include everything from jaw dropping art to linens (600 count) to stemware. Features include cooks kitchen, fireplace, HVAC, flatscreen TV, security system currently activated. Triangulated among Beverly Center, Museum Square & The Grove. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, and the other two bedrooms each have a double bed in them. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway. The office is now turned into a bedroom with a double bed. We'll be updating the photos soon. PLEASE NOTE: During Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year the rate, ask for details

Down payment: the down payment is non-refundable
Within 60 days: if a client cancels within 60 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 100% of the total rental
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
