Great all new Venice Beach studio apartment that is just steps to the beach and to nice restaurants. Walk or ride a bike to everything!

Recently all renovated with a nice kitchenette that has a refrigerator, sink, toaster oven, and microwave, new tiled bathroom, and nice new decor/furnishings. There is a queen bed and a twin roll away bed can be made available. We also have a 42" plasma TV, quality linens and towels, beach chairs, and a great roof top deck with ocean views, a BBQ, and patio furniture.

Small ocean view from a private small balcony which is a front row seat to some of the best people watching in the world..

Walk the famous Venice Boardwalk a see all the happenings of Venice Beach. Skate or ride a bike on the miles of pathways on the coast. Swim in one of the cleanest beaches in California just a few steps from your front door.
