A perfect summer London apartment which is ideal for sightseeing and getting around the big city and yet brilliantly quiet, comfortable and detached from noisy crowds and the traffic. Modern and bright contemporary apartment rental. A marvellous, spacious three bedroom and two bathroom London apartment on the top floor of a modern apartment building with a lift. This London apartment is on three levels and has some internal stairs. A parking space in the near by garage could be available at extra cost. A strictly non smoking vacation flat. The bright and sunny master bedroom is spacious with pleasant views and a long balcony to step out. It has a good size double bed and a long, sliding door storage cupboard. Bedroom two has also a double bed and the same access to a lovely balcony. It is also very quiet and bright. Bedroom three has a smaller double bed and a single storage unit. This London apartment is in a trendy area of London. It is a stones throw from the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, one of the best known London landmarks. The area is exciting and inspiring for so many tourist attractions from the near by Globe Theatre and the Tate modern gallery to the amazing St Katherines dock on the other side of the river. This is also a very quiet residential area perfect for long family walks along the river, with a good selection of cafes, restaurants, traditional pubs, markets and convenience food shops. Within 8 weeks: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 8 weeks of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made and the client is also liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
