This accommodation in London is a perfectly located short term apartment rental in the heart of London just steps away from the theatre district. The apartment comprises of one bedroom and one bathroom the first floor in a modern building with a porter and lift.

The quiet and good size bedroom has a double bed, plenty of cupboard space a flat screen TV with a selection of cable channels and a HI-FI. The bathroom is en-suite and comes with a bathtub, wash-hand basin, loo and a shower over the tub. The apartment also has a guest cloakroom off the main lobby.

This is lively and colourful Soho with Regent and Carnaby Street near by. Piccadilly Circus is just around the corner with most of London theatres. The area is perfect for browsing some of the most glamorous designer shops in Mayfair or sampling food is some of the most popular London restaurants such as the Oak Room. The National Gallery and Trafalgar Square and many museums are within walking distance.

More than 8 weeks: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 8 weeks prior warning, 100% of the booking deposit is non refundable.

Within 8 weeks: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 8 weeks of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made and the client is also liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
