It is ideally positioned for Victoria & Albert Museum, the Royal Albert Hall and the excellent shops and restaurants on High Street Kensington, as well as the green, open spaces of Hyde Park. Easy access for the motorist to Heathrow and the M25.

Modern, bright and elegant apartment with contemporary furniture. A large one bedroom apartment on the second floor of an elegant converted period building with a lift.

The bedroom is located to the rear of the building, and has a double bed and lots of good cupboard space. It is very quiet. The bathroom is well equipped with loo, wash- hand basin, bathtub and a power shower over the tub.

This is one of the most exclusive parts of Kensington. There is good local shopping nearby and there are excellent restaurants. More than 8 weeks: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 8 weeks prior warning, 100% of the booking deposit is non refundable.

Within 8 weeks: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 8 weeks of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made and the client is also liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
