Modern and spacious short term London accommodation perfect for either vacation or business visit to London. Contemporary, recently refurbished house. This is a large three bedroom, two bathroom first & second floor Victorian London accommdation. This London apartment has a top floor terrace, contemporary fittings and appliances throughout, including the broadband Internet connection and digital television. This is a non smoking accommodation although this might be allowed on the terrace. The top floor, en suite master bedroom has a super king-size bed and good cupboard space. The bedroom door leads to a spacious terrace with a small table and garden chairs. Two further bedrooms are on the first floor. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a set of twin beds. The en-suite master bathroom is bright with a bathtub, wall attached power shower, loo and a wash-hand basin. This London accommodation is in Farm Lane which is a charming, colourful and quiet residential street in the Fulham area. There are lots of small cafes, bars and trendy restaurants such as the Farm or Blue Elephant. The Chelsea Football Stadium is just a short walk away. The travel connections are just brilliant from Fulham Broadway underground station with District line running to South Kensington, Westminster and beyond the Tower Hill. Within 8 weeks: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 8 weeks of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made and the client is also liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
