A perfect London holiday apartment ! The flat is spot on, right in the heart of Chelsea and Kensington. Splendid versatile accommodation with top facilities. Modern, minimalist, light and spacious flat.

A two bedroom & two bathroom apartment over the top two floors of a period house that could sleep 6 visitors. A non- smoking residence.Two. The spacious master bedroom has a large double bed and excellent storage. It has an en-suite bathroom.The second bedroom is on the top floor and has a set of trundle beds.

Two. The large en suite bathroom has a tub, loo, wash hand basin and a wall attached shower over the bath. The second bathroom has a loo, wash hand basin and a shower cubicle.

Area: This is a charming area in Chelsea, next door to Kensington ,with the most exciting and pretty two storey houses with colourful fronted shops on the ground floor. Residents mix with craftsman and patrons of fashionable restaurants and clubs. The area is excellent for getting around and about with South Kensington underground station just a five minutes walk away. This is also a hub for a lot of bus routes in the area.

More than 8 weeks: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 8 weeks prior warning, 100% of the booking deposit is non refundable.

Within 8 weeks: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 8 weeks of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made and the client is also liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
