This lovely loft close to the Loire Valley, is an apartment located in a 19th-century stone house in the charming medieval town of Montmorillon. The apartment in Vienne "Charming Montmorillon" is a wonderful choice for a family or a group of friends looking to enjoy a country setting and its surroundings including a river that runs through the town, chapels, churches, archaeological remains and a town market. This recently renovated accommodation in Poitou Charentes region of France can sleep up to 5 people. There are 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom has a shower. In the large main room, which includes the living/dining/kitchen area, there are beautiful, exposed oak supports and high ceilings – a perfect blend of old with new in a contemporary style. The living area has comfy chairs and a TV and DVD player, the dining area has a table with seating for 6 guests and the kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home and also includes a washing machine. Additionally, there are tables and chairs in the garden. Please note: if you are flexible the owner prefers bookings from Saturday to Saturday

The delightful medieval centre has been restored and is a treat to wander around into book shops or calligraphy shops including a market every Wednesday. Vienne is full of medieval towns, pretty villages, sunflower fields, large rivers and valleys. You can also find manmade beaches at the lakes and rivers for swimming, fishing, kayaking, water skiing, windsurfing and sailing. Other outdoor adventures include horse riding, golf and motor racing. This accommodation in Poitou Charentes is also close to restaurants, cafes, tea rooms, shops, supermarkets, banks, the post office, doctors and pharmacies. The two closest airports are Poiters (50min) and Limoges (1hr 10 min).

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
