Vacation Rental Description

The apartment is located in a high quality property in the Alcantara-Belem area, surrounded by a nice green garden with a quite neighbourhood.. The surface area of the apartment is 125m2 with a big living room, fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms/bathrooms. Up to 2 cars closed car parking place is possible, in the building’s basement.  It is located in the 3trd floor, with 2 elevators and has total surface of 125.00 sqm.
It has a living room with 50m2, with two double sofas, two armchairs, a dinning area good for 6 persons and home office area. From its 6meters veranda, there is a nice quiet view toward the gardens. A cable TV plus DVD player is provided.
There is fully equipped kitchen, including laundry and washing machines, as well as micro-wave. All normal cooking/dinning gear exists as well.
The suite is 20m2 big with a 1.60m wide double bed and a small cable TV. It has as it’s private bathroom with a water massage bathtub and closet area.
The second bedroom is 16m2 big and has a 1.60m wide double bed. The second bathroom is complete including bathtub.

About Lisbon City Centre

Alcântara stands near the Belém district in the riverside of the Tagus river. The riverside can be reached in a 3 minute walk from the apartment. There you can find a fully arranged sidewalk that runs along the river from Alcântara straight to Belém. Along one can find fine restaurants, bars and a lovely riverside green park. Alcantara is also well known by it's typical "cervejarias" where you can eat always fresh seafood and good wine.

It's very easy to get to the city downtown just by taking the Belém old tramway line right across the street. It will take about 10 minutes time. You can also get by feet, the Cascais train line that will take you directly to the sandy beaches of Carcavelos and Estoril in about 1⁄2 hour time.
