Vacation Rental Description
A very nice apartment with a very convenient location to discover the city.
We offer a quiet and charming XIXth Century flat that preserves its original Pombaline character typical of the downtown area, which was reconstructed after the 1755 earthquake under the direction of the Marquis of Pombal . Refurbished and decorated in a rustic and artistic mix, it is equipped with all utilities (fully equipped kitchen, washing machine). Its cosy atmosphere will make you feel at home. The flat is ideal for 2 persons, but a sofa bed in the living room offers room for a third person.
About Lisbon Old Town
The flat is located in the Pombaline downtown, near the main squares of Restauradores, Rossio and Figueira, and the famous cafés such as Nicola, Suiça, as well as the Chiado shopping area and the Castle, and also near Indian and African shops. In the Chiado area you will also find the Brasileira Café, the Museum of Modern Art, and half a dozen Baroque churches Walking south down the pedestrian shopping street Augusta, you reach the main Pombaline square of Pç. Comércio, which opens up to the riverfront. 50metres from the the flat you can catch the tram 15, which takes you to Belém, with its the beautiful Jerónimos Monastery, the Cultural Centre of Belém, the National Carriage Museum, the Naval Museum, the Belém Tower.

10% Discount for stays longer then 7 nights.

10 Euros reservation fees and 20% in advance for booking deposit.
