With an old-world and local culture location, this warm and inviting duplex holiday apartment in Lisbon is situated on the ground floor of a recently renovated building located between the districts of Graça and Alfama. The refurbished apartment, which is about 45 sq. metres, is a great option for couples or a small family and can comfortably sleep up to 3 guests. This fully-functional rental accommodation in Alfama is spread over 2 floors. On the ground level (which enters from the street), there is a red and modern kitchen fit with a fridge, an oven, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster making cooking at home convenient option. There is also a dining table with seating for 4 people. The bathroom with a shower is located on this level. Wooden stairs lead up to the second level where there is an open-layout room which features the living area and the sleeping area. The living area has a fireplace, a cable TV and a sofa bed. The sleeping area is furnished with a double bed. A baby cot and high chair can be requested. The rental also includes a Wi-Fi Internet connection, heating, a hair dryer, a safe deposit box, towels and linens and an iron and ironing board. Smoking is permitted.
About Lisbon Alfama
This duplex holiday apartment in Lisbon is located between the Graça and Alfama districts. A strong sense of village life is seen on a daily basis and you will feel like you are stepping back in time. Some of the attractions that are walking distance from the apartment are the São Vicente Monastery with wonderful Lisbon views from the top terrace as well as The National Pantheon. For antiques and second-hand bargains you there is the Feira da Ladra flea market every Saturday and Tuesday in Campo de Santa Clara. Viewpoints of Largo das Portas do Sol, Santa Luzia, Graça and Nossa Senhora do Monte offer magnificent views over the city and the river. Don´t forget the São Jorge Castle and the Sé cathedral. A bit further east and down from the castle, you will reach Baixa (15-20m walking). But if you don´t want to walk take the old yellow tramway. This area is well served with restaurants, especially if you climb to Graça Square where you´ll find nice and cheap restaurants as well as local grocery stores and a supermarket.. This rental accommodation in Alfama is also close to the famous Nº28 tramway which passes through this street and through all the picturesque Lisbon neighborhoods.

30 days: in case of a cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the client will be liable for 40% of the total rental rate
15 days: in case of a cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the client will be liable for 50% of the total rental rate
5 days: in case of a cancellation within 5 days of arrival, the client will be liable for 100% of the total rental rate
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
