This recently remodelated (2005) apartment – dated back to 1757 – sleeps up to three persons. Is fully equipped with comfortable inventory without losing any of its traditional charm. Complete kitchen, bathroom and master bedroom with quality furniture. Kitchen is equipped with towels.

Notes on Apartment Prices

1. All prices are based upon an occupancy by two adult persons

2. An additional third person will be charged for € 30,= (>

6. 50% of total rental price has to be paid by making a reservation (only when received, the reservation is final)
7. 50% of total rental price plus a guarantee of € 200,= has to be paid one month prior to the stay
8. In case of no damage, the € 200,= guarantee will be transferred immediately
9. All payments only by transfer into bank account
10. Cancellation until 30 days prior to arrival: 35% of the total rental price
11. Cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival: 90% of the total rental price
12. Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of rental price
