Apartment is located in a renewed palace from the 18th century, that has been completely modernized in a designed way. The apartment is in Santa Catarina, half way from Chiado, Bairro Alto and S. Bento. It is in a quiet and in a safe area both day and night. It is located between Chiado, Bairro Alto, S. Bento and Bica. Located nearby are all kind of shops, restaurants, bars and public transports. The nearest subway station is Baixa-Chiado, at 10 minutes walking distance. There is a public parking at 5 minutes (Silo da Calçada do Combro). The apartment is a modern, big studio, perfect for your holidays or if you are coming for working purposes in Lisbon.

About Lisbon City Centre

This apartment is well located concerning public transports as it is in walking distance (about 10 minutes) to the subway station Baixa-Chiado as well it is served by various bus and taxi stops. Also in walking distance is possible to visit the Park Jardim da Estrela and its Basilica (a very important example of the late Baroque in Lisbon) as well as two other baroque churchs in Chiado; one of them founded by the Italian community living in Lisbon in the 18th century - Igreja de Nossa Senhora do Loreto and the other called Igreja de Nossa Senhora da Encarnação.
