This is a Lisbon apartment from mid 40's located in one of the most interesting squares of Lisbon, Campo de Santa Clara. Campo de Santa Clara is an amazing square that benefits of tranquillity, beauty and light. The flat was decorated in a coloured south Europe style in ways to keep the family home comfort and the character of Lisbon, and by its balcony you can enjoy an open plain view to Tejo River and to the Igreja of Santa Clara. The flat is perfect for 4 to 6 people.

 

About Lisbon Old Town

Santa Clara It is a typical old Lisbon neighbourhood, by Alfama, with a large square that holds the Church of Santa Clara, the Panteão Nacional, the Monastery of São Vicente de Fora and a lovely garden. Nearby you can find supermarkets, cafeterias and shops at Graça district as well the nice Graça terraza with a complete view over old Lisbon. Easily you reach the cstelo district and taking the tram 28 you reach Baixa or Chiado in a few minutes. You can also benefit of the chance to walk by Alfama or you may walk by the river near Sta. Apolónia, all the way down till the main Lisbon square – Pç. Comércio. You may also go for a dancing night at the famous nightclub LUX, if you are a night lover.

If you are driving to Lisbon you can easily park by the flat and the area is suitable for children. If you are driving a car and staying for a longer period don’t forget to drive to Guincho beach, or to the charming village of Sintra.

   Cancellation Policy:  We make a total refund of booking deposit, if the flat reservation is cancelled within the next 10 days after the reservation.
   No refund of booking deposit after that period.
   No refund for last minute bookings (bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival) we refund 50% of booking deposit.

   Minimum stay - 3 nights (for lesser 40% surcharge applied).
   30% DISCOUNT - Stays longer 4 weeks
