Self-catering holiday apartment in lisbon. Near the beach, mountain, sintra and estoril. Bird watching in Tejo estuary.

This is a XVIII century flat, with old XVIII century tiles at the inside. The flat is efficiently furnished and decorated, combining modern and antiques enhancing the ancient architectonic shape of the building. All furniture and equipments are set in ways to make you feel as if you were comfortably at home in Lisbon. The flat is rounded by a balcony that covers two complete fronts of the flat with Tejo River views and through the hill down to Cais do Sodré and Alcântara.It is a flat with a personal character and ideal for 2 persons.

About Lisbon Old Town

Till the nineties, BICA mostly was a popular district, with strong neighbour relationships, small restaurants (”tascas”) and groceries and living the popular folklore; such as fado nights and the annual “Marchas Populares”, happening in June. Recently, with modern gentrification, Bica has been occupied by young people, modern and fashion hairdressers, shoes shops and pubs that peacefully live side by side with BICA traditional ways of living. Such combination of modern and traditional (together with Bairro Alto and Chiado), characterizes the ambience that have created a special flair on Lisbon identity.

In BICA vicinities you find the Museum of Modern Art, the Portuguese bookshops “Bertrand” and “Lello”, the School of fine Arts, the Music and Dance Conservatories, The São Roque church, “Brasileira” and “Bénard” cafeterias and the CHIADO shopping streets.

   20% in advance for booking deposit.

   Cancellation Policy:  We make a total refund of booking deposit, if the flat reservation is cancelled within the next 10 days after the reservation.
   No refund of booking deposit after that period.
   No refund for last minute bookings (bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival) we refund 50% of booking deposit.

   Minimum stay - 3 nights (for lesser 40% surcharge applied).
   30% DISCOUNT - Stays longer 4 weeks
