A very nice apartment with a very convenient location to discover the city.

Self-catering holiday apartment in lisbon. Near the beach, mountain, sintra and estoril. Bird watching in Tejo estuary.

We offer a quite and charming historical flat that keeps the original Lisboa Pombalina’s character. Very well refurbished, the flat is decorated in a countryside way and it is equipped with all utilities. It’s cosy atmosphere combined will make you feel at home. The flat is ideal for 2 persons, although a sofa bed in the living room offers room for a third person.

About Lisbon Old Town

Located at the city centre you will find it after you reach Rossio or Restauradores Squares. At, Chiado you will find the Brasileira Cafeteria, the Museum of Modern Art, Igreja de S. Roque and The main Pombalina squre - Pç. Comércio – after walking down through Rua Augusta. Next to the flat you may take the tram 15 towards the area of Belém where is located the beautifull Jeronimos Monastery, the National Carriage Museum, the Naval Museum or the Belém Tower.

And of course don’t forget to visit Sintra and Estoril and take a swim at Guincho beach.

1. Prices for 2 people. Additional person - 20 Euros (except children under 12).

   20% in advance for booking deposit.

   Cancellation Policy:  We make a total refund of booking deposit, if the flat reservation is cancelled within the next 10 days after the reservation.
   No refund of booking deposit after that period.
   No refund for last minute bookings (bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival) we refund 50% of booking deposit.

   Minimum stay - 3 nights (for lesser 40% surcharge applied).
   30% DISCOUNT - Stays longer 4 weeks
