Within the walls of the Moorish Castelo de São Jorge, located on the highest of the seven hills of Lisbon lies this traditional and comfortable apartment. This recently remodelated (2005) apartment – dated back to 1757 – sleeps up to three persons. Is fully equipped with comfortable inventory without losing any of its traditional charm. Complete kitchen, bathroom and master bedroom with quality furniture.

Only 100 meters from the entrance of the lovely castle gardens which offers splendid views and in the heart of the lively and poetic Alfama. Wake up by the screaming peacocks that guards the Castelo de São Jorge in the middle of the oldest, most romantic quarter of Lisbon. Where Fado and other cultural high lights are no tourism trap but part of day-to-day life.

Notes on Apartment Prices

1. Additional information

   All prices - as stated on this website - are based upon an occupancy by two adult persons. An additional third person, will be charged for € 30,= (> 3 nights) or € 20,= (< 3 nights) per night.

   Take into account that for rental periods shorter than a week rental price per night will be € 70,= (for two adults).

   Cleaning

   Costs for obligatory cleaning of the apartment: € 25,=.

   Linen

   Linen (bed sheets) can be rented for an additional € 25,= per stay. Towels are to be brought by tenants. Kitchen is equipped with towels.

   Payment and Guarantee

   - 50% of total rental price has to be paid by making a reservation (only when received, the reservation is final)

   - 50% of total rental price plus a guarantee of € 200,= has to be paid one month prior to the stay

   - In case of a last minute booking, full rental price plus guarantee will be charged immediately (only when received, booking is final)

   - In case of no damage, the € 200,= guarantee will be transferred immediately

   - All payments only by transfer into bank account

   Cancellation

   - Cancellation until 30 days prior to arrival: 35% of the total rental price.

   - Cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival: 90% of the total rental price.

   - Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of rental price.

   By making a reservation, you’re agreeing the regulations as stated above.
