It also features an incredible 82" DLP HDTV, a Blu-ray Disc Player w/ Blu-ray Movie Titles in it‘s formal Living Room, A second HDTV in it’s Family Room, a 55" Plasma HDTV in it's Master Suite and of course close proximity to the famous Las Vegas strip. At only 2 Miles distance from the strip The Great Villa's most appealing asset isn’t close proximity to all the lights ad sounds of the strip. It is "safety". RATES: *Monday Thru Thursday $149 Per Night Friday thru Sunday $299 Per Night Holidays Add $100 Weekly $1,300 Cleaning Fee $150 Pool/Jacuzzi Heating $25 Per Night (Optional) Security Deposit $500 (Fully-Refundable) POLICIES: *Check-in time is 4:00 PM Check-out time is 10:00AM 3 night minimum stay (on weekends) 3 night minimum stay (on weekdays) 20 Guest maximum occupancy at additional charge. 50% of booking amount is due at time of reservation. Full amount due 6 months prior to arrival. Security deposit is due 1 week prior to arrival and refunded 48-72 hours post departure.
