Our featured property "The Grand Chateau" is our second largest vacation rental property.
While "only 5 minutes from the Strip" it can accommodate a grand total of 24 guests ALL in beds.

With a convenient single story open floor plan this luxurious property sits on an incredible 1/2 an acre lot, features 2 master bedrooms on opposite sides of the home while it's Main Master Suite can accommodate as many as 6 guests it's 2nd master accommodates another 2 guests. The 3rd, 4th & 5th large size bedrooms are set up to sleep 4 guests each.
And it's Main Living Room & Family Room can double as a 6th & 7th bedroom.

1. Rates and Policies:
   Monday thru Thursday $199 Per Night - Friday thru Sunday $399 per Night
   Holidays Add $100 - Weekly $1,599 - Cleaning Fee $150 (Optional)
   Security Deposit $500 - $600 (Fully-Refundable)
   
   Check-in time is 4:00 PM Check-out time is 10:00 AM
   3 night minimum stay. 24 Guest maximum occupancy at NO additional charge.
   50% of booking amount is due at time of reservation. Full amount due 6 months prior to arrival. Security deposit is due 48-72 hours prior to arrival. Amount is based on number of guests and length of stay. Security deposit is refunded 48-72 hours post departure.
