The Villa provides luxurious self-catering holiday accommodation for up to 4 people. It is situated in Limefitt Park in the heart of the English Lake District.

Kitted out with all that you could need for a relaxing stay, the lodge comprises a lounge, dining area, kitchen, bathroom (with full sized bath), one double bedroom with en-suite and king sized bed,and one twin bedrom with two full sized beds. Outside the extensive decking gives out onto spectacular views of the Lakeland Fells.

It is perfectly placed for a peaceful holiday whilst being close enough to the major visitor centres for those who want to explore the Lake District. The tranquil location allows you to start walks directly from the door, and the facilities in this well appointed lodge will ensure that you return from your holiday suitably relaxed and refreshed.

For those looking for something else as well as the beautiful countryside, nearby WIndermere, Ambleside and Kendal provide all that could be need in the way of shops, country pubs and charming restaurants. The villa is situated less than 30 minutes drive from Junction 36 of the M6.

1. A cleaning fee of £32 is charged on all breaks

2. Short breaks may be available outside peak season
3. A 25% deposit is payable on reservation
4. Final balance is due 4 weeks before arrival
5. A £100 damage deposit is required with the final balance
6. Price includes all gas, electricity bed linen, towels and tea towels.
