Because the villa is located on the perimeter of a luxury five star resort, guests may take advantage of the 24 room service, international restaurant, transport etc. Relax beside the infinity edge pool in the sun-lounger chairs. Read, relax or nap while listening to the waves lapping on the shores below.

The Villa provides a daily maid service. There are satellite TVs in all bedrooms, DVD/VCRs, high speed cable internet access and a superb sound system all add to your comfort and enjoyment.

Have just got back from a week's stay at Villa Bliss which exceeded all expectations. We were a mixed group of 10 people and the villa / resort catered for all our needs. The villa itself was immaculate with an amazing infiinity pool, rooms were cleaned everyday along with clean towels in the bathroom and for sunloungers. The staff were really helpful - collected and took us back to the airport with no trouble and always called taxi's to take us into Chaweng which is about a 5 minute journey. We ate in the restaurant, ordred food service and had a barbeque at the villa one night all of which were delicious. The resort has a library which has free internet and games, DVD's and books you can borrow. All 10 of us would highly recommend Villa Bliss for a great holiday.

From the pickup at the airport to the departure this property was superb.. We had 2 couples and 3 single adult children staying & the 5 large bedrooms were excellent. The villa is within the fantastic Karma Samui Resort & was cleaned spotless from top to bottom everyday (incl the washing up). The infinity pool looking out into the bay is to die for. We utilised the Resort's spa, sensational world class beachfront restaurant & many of the CDs & DVDs from the reception library (where there is also free internet. The staff were always helpful. Chaweng Beach (plenty of shopping incl supermarket) is a 3 minute drive or 300 Baht by taxi or the Resort's van. We would thoroughly recommend this property to a group of similar size to ours as an alternative to individual villas.

This place is heaven. We had such an amazing time. From the moment we stepped through the front door till the moment we stepped out, we could not believe where we were staying. The place is immaculate and the view sensational. The staff are so friendly and helpfull. The villa is something from a movie, with everything you could imagine. We throughly enjoyed our stay and time permitting, will be back again. Thanks, Andrew

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 30% of the full rental rate will be non-refundable

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails 100% of the full price becomes non refundable.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.

ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
