Each level has its own private entranceway. You will catch your breath as you step into the large dining room with views across the cove to a small palm fringed island.

One thing that immediately impresses is the spaciousness of this Ko Samui villa. The three large bedrooms on the top level are finished to the highest standard and are tastefully furnished. Two of the bedrooms have ajoining ensuites: the third bedroom has its own bathroom. A special feature of two of the ensuites on the top level is the outdoor theme where you can shower or bathe in total privacy and gaze at the stars.

The living room and the two bedrooms on the ground level are similarly furnished to the top level and give the feeling of comfort and privacy. Also each level of this villa has its own infinity pool where you can swim or just relax and take in the view. This villa has been designed to leave behind the cares and worries of the world so you feel totally relaxed and at peace.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 30% of the full rental rate will be non-refundable

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails 100% of the full price becomes non refundable.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.

ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
