Set on the north facing coastline of Ko Samui in amongst a group of similar luxury homes all landscaped and planted for maximum privacy this property offers a host of features.

These two holiday villas are two modern Koh Samui villas built on an exclusive site. They offer a great alternative to traditional luxury hotel accommodation, certainly for those preferring a little privacy.

In addition to the large shared pool on the beachfront each Ko Samui villa has its own private 10 metre pool with Jacuzzi within a walled tropical garden. The villas themselves are situated roughly 100 metres from the beach which is accessed down a private garden path. At pool level the villas are quite private. Guests can choose the privacy of their own garden or alternatively the joint facilities are at their disposal.

The two holiday villas can accommodate 6 people if used individually, or used together they can cater for larger parties of 12 by opening an adjoining gateway between the properties.

The villas are serviced three times a week by a maid. On request and at a nominal charge a daily maid service and a Thai chef are available. Car rental is also available.

Both holiday villas, recently completed, are built to a high standard and offer extremely spacious Balinese style accommodations.

This holiday villa in Ko Samui offers a vast selection of restaurants, shops and other essential services that are close at hand in the local villages of Maenam and Bohput. More locally, 5 minutes walk along the beach you will find a typical Thai restaurant with tables right on the beach, the restaurant also offers international fare.

The wonderful Bang Por Beach is located on the north side of Koh Samui island. This area offers a tranquil retreat and wonderful views of Koh Phangan and the Angthong Marine Park. Only 20 minutes to Samui airport, five minutes from the business center of Nathon town, and ten minutes from the championship golf course, Santiburi, at Maenam. It's not as crowded as Chaweng and Lamai but if you want action, it's only 30 minutes away.
