This Ko Samui villa is a modern three level villa, spacious and well designed for tropical living.

This beautiful villa features four bedrooms all with sea views. Three of the four bedrooms have air conditioning and their own private en suite

The furniture and furnishings of this villa are tasteful and elegant and ideally suited to these well presented surroundings. The wide outdoor terraces where you can lounge and take in the views help to bring the feeling of the outdoors inside.

The main dining room and living areas are spacious and well appointed for relaxation and comfort. For your added entertainment, the villa has satellite television and a sound system.

All doors and windows in the villa have insect screens fitted to allow the warm breezes to flow through the rooms.

The fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen allows you to make anything you desire.

A daily maid cleaning service will help you relax and forget those sometimes tiresome daily chores. Thai home cooked meals can be arranged for a minimal extra fee.

The detached swimming pool is a perfect complement to the villa. Surrounding the pool is a garden area with lawn, plants and shrubs.

Nathon is the capital of Koh Samui and is a charming town on the northwest coast and is the major port for express and night ferries from the piers in Surat Thani. Nathon is a lovely spot for a little bit of town life. It is a charming tourist town with shops, restaurants, tour agencies and hotels are located and you can experience an authentic local village life if you stay here.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 30% of the full rental rate will be non-refundable

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails 100% of the full price becomes non refundable.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.

ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
