Each holiday villa includes 1 queen size en- suite bedroom with balcony, air conditioning, built-in wardrobes. 2 en-suite bathrooms with shower and a downstairs toilet with wash hand basin.

Fully fitted western style kitchen with granite work top. cooker, hob, fridge/freezer and dining table for 4 persons. Large living room with sofa, chair, coffee table, satellite TV, CD/DVD player with DVD's to watch.

The Tropical Outdoor facilities of the Villas include a 15m x 8m child friendly pool, max depth 2m. The pool has an ozone filter to minimize chlorine. There are tropical gardens, a sala (covered open sided pergola) barbeque area, sun-loungers and pool side tables/chairs.

These Ko Samui holiday villas are in Bophut which is located over the Bophut beach, which sweeps down several kilometres between Big Buddha and Maenam beaches and the charming Fisherman's Village. Fisherman's Village is fast gaining a reputation for being the most elegant and well-preserved place on the island. With wonderful restaurants, cafes and bars along a road that on one side looks out along the beach, you can be allowed to believe that you're somewhere on the Mediterranean. Bo Phut village has small village atmosphere and is close to the nightlife of Chaweng and Lamai.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 30% of the full rental rate will be non-refundable

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails 100% of the full price becomes non refundable.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.

ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
