These Koh Samui villas consist of seven beautifully crafted Thai style modern villas located on the tranquil north coast of Koh Samui in a landscaped garden setting. Only a few meters from a safe swimming beach and a large shared swimming pool.

The large grounds and covered outdoor decking surrounding the villas allow you space to sit and watch Koh Samui’s beautiful sunsets, the birds, the fishing boats and occasionally the fireflies. The beachfront is very private and secluded.

This is the perfect venue for a unique romantic wedding you’ll remember for the rest of your life.
They can accommodate up to 28 persons in all of the seven villas. If you wish we will also arrange the Wedding Event; the flowers, the Wedding Breakfast, the transport and the music.

All these Koh Samui villas have two comfortable double bedrooms and one or two bathrooms with hot shower. The living room features comfortable sofas and TV with DVD. Alongside this is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. A great feature of all villas is the spacious outdoor decking areas where you can relax and unwind.

These Koh Samui villas are only 30 minutes away from the airport, 5 minutes away from the town of Nathon and 25 minutes away from Chaweng the popular tourist hotspot on the island. These villas offer the perfect location for your Wedding Day.

The wonderful Bang Por Beach is located on the north side of Koh Samui island. This area offers a tranquil retreat and wonderful views of Koh Phangan and the Angthong Marine Park. Only 20 minutes to Samui airport, five minutes from the business center of Nathon town, and ten minutes from the championship golf course, Santiburi, at Maenam. It's not as crowded as Chaweng and Lamai but if you want action, it's only 30 minutes away.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 30% of the full rental rate will be non-refundable

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails 100% of the full price becomes non refundable.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.

ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
