From this amazing Ko Samui holiday villa, nestled on the gentle slopes above the quaint ferry port town of Nathon, you will be guaranteed spectacular sunsets and stunning sea views of the Gulf of Siam. This holiday villa - one of two villas on the property - enjoys spectacular 180 degree views of the islands forming the Anthong Marine National Park. The villa is surrounded and overlooking lush coconut palms. Welcome to your slice of paradise on the magical island of Ko Samui. This spectacular two level Villa is only five minute’s drive from Nathon with its restaurants, shops and banks, yet far enough away to be undisturbed by traffic or people.

This Ko Samui villa has a large open plan living room with elegant high vaulted ceiling and large overhead cooling fans. On three sides of the living room folding french doors open onto the balcony with sweeping 180 degree views of the Gulf and the everpresent cooling breezes.

The large open plan kitchen is fully fitted with gas hob, extractor, gas oven, large fridge with cold water supply, water purifier and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and cutlery.

The internal wooden staircase leads down to 3 beautifully finished double bedrooms with polished wooden floors. All the bedrooms have air conditioning with built-in wardrobes and dressing areas.

The Master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and small inside tropical garden. The other two bedrooms share a large second bathroom with full facilities while the fourth bedroom has its own bathroom facilities.

All rooms have spectacular sea views and the wide french doors open onto balcony areas with easy chairs and tables for relaxation. All balconies and stairs have stainless steel rails for safety.

Outside in the tropical garden you can stroll down the wide steps to the shared swimming pool and sun deck.
