This Ko Samui villa has a large open plan living room with elegant high vaulted ceiling and large overhead cooling fans. On three sides of the living room folding french doors open onto the balcony with sweeping 180 degree views of the Gulf and the everpresent cooling breezes.

The large open plan kitchen is fully fitted with gas hob, extractor, gas oven, large fridge with cold water supply, water purifier and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and cutlery.

The internal wooden staircase leads down to 3 beautifully finished double bedrooms with polished wooden floors. All the bedrooms have air conditioning with built-in wardrobes and dressing areas.

The Master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and small inside tropical garden. The other two bedrooms share a large second bathroom with full facilities while the fourth bedroom has its own bathroom facilities.

All rooms have spectacular sea views and the wide french doors open onto balcony areas with easy chairs and tables for relaxation. All balconies and stairs have stainless steel rails for safety.

Outside in the tropical garden you can stroll down the wide steps to the shared swimming pool and sun deck.

Nathon is the capital of Ko Samui and is a charming town on the northwest coast and is the major port for express and night ferries from the piers in Surat Thani. Nathon is a lovely spot for a little bit of town life. It is a charming tourist town with shops, restaurants, tour agencies and hotels are located and you can experience an authentic local village life if you stay here. Nathon’s Port always provides an interest with its constant comings and goings of fishing boats and ferries.
