This Koh Samui holiday villa is a four storey modern villa situated on the sunny slopes overlooking picturesque Nathon-the main port township of Koh Samui. Available for short term rental, this villa offers uninterrupted 360 degree views of the sea, the jungle, Nathon and the ferry port. This Koh Samui villa is on the west side of the island and takes advantage of the most breathtaking sunsets you will ever see anywhere in the world.

The villa rental is within 2 mins drive of the main road that circumnavigates the island and 3 mins from Nathon itself.

The house is set in approx 1 acre of beautifully landscaped gardens with an 18 meter pool with built in Jacuzzi. The sunbathing area is large and private. From the pool area there is direct access to a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with dining table and chairs and an outdoor bar area. There are also two separate shower cubicles, for use after swimming or after a workout in the gym (equipped with running machine, cycling machine, weight lifting equipment.)

A flight of stairs takes you into the double height entrance lounge / bar with the kitchen the dining room being off this entrance living area. The kitchen is fully equipped including built in oven, microwave and dishwasher.

The bar area of this holiday villa is alongside the kitchen has spectacular views out to the ocean. The dining room has a facility to seat 12 around the contemporary table with white leather covered chairs.

A flight of stairs leads to the 1st floor level where you will find a purpose-built media room with cream leather sofas a 42" plasma Satellite TV with home entertainment system a computer desk / work station with views out overlooking the famous ‘Five Sisters Islands and the AngThong Marine Park. Wireless internet access is fitted. All you have to do is bring your lap top.

At this level is the 3rd bedroom (with ensuite bathroom,) furnished with a Super king size white leather bed with wardrobe and bedside tables. There are superb views out over the jungle and the sea from this room. The large ensuite bathroom features a double ended Jacuzzi bath with shower attachment. There are large floor to ceiling windows overlooking the jungle.

Open tread stairs lead up to the 2nd floor, where you can step out onto the upper terrace area (equipped with 2 sun beds and 2 chairs and a table).

The 2nd bedroom and en suite bathroom are directly above the 3rd bedroom and bathroom and is virtually identical except for the soft furnishings.

The master bedroom suite also has access on to this shared terrace. This room is in much the same style as the other two bedrooms being neutral and restful but is slightly larger. A plasma TV with home entertainment system is also installed in this room. The master bathroom ensuite has a corner Jacuzzi bath with underwater lighting to add to the romance of a bathing experience shared with a loved one.

There is a live-in maid and gardener /pool man who will take care of all washing, ironing, tidying, and cleaning, and of course linen and towel changes.

A hire car is necessary with this villa and can be arranged at short notice.

Nathon is the capital of Ko Samui and is a charming town on the northwest coast and is the major port for express and night ferries from the piers in Surat Thani. Nathon is a lovely spot for a little bit of town life. It is a charming tourist town with shops, restaurants, tour agencies and hotels are located and you can experience an authentic local village life if you stay here. Nathon’s Port always provides an interest with its constant comings and goings of fishing boats and ferries.
