Just recently completed and beautifully furnished throughout, this holiday villa in Koh Samui is a spacious holiday villa in Samrong Bay with a private pool.

This Holiday Villa in Ko Samui is one of fifteen at Samrong Lagoon Resort, set adjacent to a stunning, secluded private bay. It comprises three separate villas built around a private good sized swimming pool. The main building has a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and large open plan lounge. It also has a shower room. Satellite television and DVD are also available in the main house. The master bedroom suite building is very spacious, comprises two queen size beds, and a huge roman bathroom.

The guest suite of this Ko Samui villa has three double bedrooms, all with en suite shower rooms. Two have queen sized beds and one has two single beds. Two of the three bedrooms have a lockable communicating door for families with children. An open air Jacuzzi is planned in the near future. The villa is only a short one minute's walk from the secluded white sandy beach. All three buildings are air-conditioned with ceiling fans in addition. Outside the villa are a large sun terrace, pool and gardens.

This holiday Villa in Koh Samui is in Samrong Bay (commonly knows as "Secret Beach) is located in the north of Koh Samui. The clear blue sea, lush green groves, soft silvery beaches and unspoiled bay adds to the natural beauty of the place. Samrong Bay is ideal for those wishing to escape from the bustle of life but the main entertainment area of Chaweng beach is about 15 minutes drive away. It is only 5 kilometres from the Samui airport and 7 kilometres from the Chaweng Beach.

We were a party of 10 with 3 children and we had a marvelous stay at the Mangrove Villa which was big enought to give us all a feeling of luxus. Proffesional staff and beautfull beach made this a sucsessfull holiday for us all.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 30% of the full rental rate will be non-refundable

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails 100% of the full price becomes non refundable.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.

ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
