This beautifully appointed, two bedroom, accommodation in Ko Samui is the ideal place to relax and let the cares of the world drift away. Located one minute's stroll from the beach on the north coast of the island this villa has everything to help you enjoy your holiday time. A large swimming pool (shared) is closeby.

The main living room of this Ko Samui Villa is spacious, cool and elegantly furnished with cooling overhead fans. This room has a large satellite TV to catchup on your favourite programmes. The fully functioning kitchen is a delight to prepare that special meal in. The two comfortable bedrooms are airconditioned and have french doors that open up onto the wide balconies that surround the villa. The villa is set in tropical gardens alongside some other privately owned villas. The location is quiet and secluded.

This Ko Samui villa is at wonderful Bang Por Beach which is located on the north side of Ko Samui island. This area offers a tranquil retreat and wonderful views of Ko Phangan and the Angthong Marine Park. Only 20 minutes to Samui airport, five minutes from the business center of Nathon town, and ten minutes from the championship golf course, Santiburi, at Maenam. It's not as crowded as Chaweng and Lamai but if you want action, it's only 30 minutes away.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 30% of the full rental rate will be non-refundable

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails 100% of the full price becomes non refundable.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.

ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
